     House and/or do a good deed.

2. Review flashcards at least twice this week.

3. Lesson 24 & 25 Reading Pages

            - Read at least one line of text out loud to someone else

             (parent, grandparent or sibling) each night.

            -Each night, read a different line(s) of text.

            -Obtain parent signature to confirm reading assignment.

 4th Grade Judaica--Ms. Freedman

 

Due April 30  (for students who were absent April 23rd)

1. We discussed anti-Semitism and Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day.)

2  The students learned about Anne Frank and other Jews who went into hiding           during the Holocaust.

3. The sudents took a virtual 3D tour of the Anne Frank house online at                         www.annefrank.org.

4. Please remember to bring in tzedakah, food items and Box Tops for Education.

 

Due April 23 (for students who were absent April 9)

1. Students and parents attended the 4th Grade Passover Family Education                 Program today and learned about the holiday of Passover. In addition, students       made their very own cloth matzah bag to take home.    

2  Both students and parents sang Passover songs and students recited the Four         Questions.

3. If your child hasn't already turned in their textbooks called "Building Jewish               Identity Book #1 Our Community," please have your child bring it to the next class     so that i can take a look at the completed work.

4. Please remember to bring tzedakah, food items and Box Tops for Education to         class each week.
